Prioritization of clients and team members despite being a smaller company. Uplifting atmosphere and proactive planning to encourage growth. Owner's passion for sharing information and resources with families.

While MIM's commitment to ethical practices and prioritizing the well-being of both children and our team members is unwavering, it can be challenging to compete with other agencies that may not adhere to the same standards. This reality can be discouraging at times. However, amidst this challenge, it's reassuring to know that despite any hurdles, MIM's focus on doing what's right for our clients and our team members never wavers. In the grand scheme of things, this challenge is nothing but a tiny cloud in an otherwise sunny sky
