      Pros

      good company with caring for it clients and employees. It give immediate support to any of his clients no matter how the work is

      But they sometimes work on issue later if there no understanding at their side

      Pros

      Great company. Recently they took the entire team to Singapore on the company's 25 years. I am with this company almost for 1.5 years and planning to settle here. Seriously, this is the best company I have ever worked at. However, they are also very serious about the work and if you know your job, you can really be happy here. The leaders and the sr management is also great.

      Cons

      Sometime, we had to stay back to support projects - this is a bit of pain! However, this ok as we need to support the clients.

      Pros

      Mindmill has a great team that builds the #1 product in the market. Its a great place for the freshers to learn and grow. For the experienced also, this can be a great place to work and settle. People here stay back for 5/10 years. I started as a fresher and working here for more than four years.
