      strictly no for SDET role, poor manager

      Pros

      people are helpful, knowledgable. company provides good food.

      Cons

      SDET team is driven by very worst manager who want to just showcase that only he is doing best.. he asks team to work all the time, over weekend and just want to show that he is doing all this., no promotions to deserving people in this team.. he wants everyone to listen to only him and want to work only for him. many people left because of his cunning attitude and habit to show that he is only doing good and everyone else not.. keep yourself away from him. he is burning out the team without any reason.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, I will not recommend this to anyone. Mindtickle future is no more. Instead of new heights it will fall 👎 down.
