      it is a nice place to say you work

      Cons

      however if your are 18 they pay you minimum wage and you work with the manager all the time. The manager is constantly on your back to make sales and is pushy making the buyers uncomfortable with the mimco "7 steps" you should perform on them as soon as they walk into the store. you dont even get store bonus credits until you make a sale over something like $400 in one go and then you get like 1 mimco point, and you need alot more to actually purchase something fro the store with these points!

      The store manager and other employees are kind and attentive while teaching.

      Cons

      Within one week of being hired, I was told that my manager had "overspent" on wages. First of all, they are paying me bare minimum wage. Second of all, most customers that come through spend what I would make in that entire shift. It is extremely disheartening. Lastly, why would they employ me, just to cut my shifts to once a week? If they have enough people who are willing to work, why would they add me on?
