      Pros

      Great company to work for, offering hybrid/flexible working and great wellbeing initiatives. Everyone seems to be working towards to same goals and are willing to each other out. The culture is great and has a 'family feel'. Excellent benefit offering

      Salaries in some areas have slipped slightly behind benchmark (more in the support functions)
