Pros
The only pro was that they let you recommend the hours the kids needed...until they started pushing to recommend 40 hours a week for the money.
Cons
Management is brand new to the field or brand new to management, so support just wasn’t there. They can’t keep staff and literally had to shut down a location due to that ongoing issue (in the 5 years I worked there, it was always an issue). Too many changes and inconsistency in expectations. No training or support for newer employees. EOS seemed to be the turning point to their downfall. A family was approved for ABA, contacted that a team was being built, then given a call that their insurance didn’t cover the services. This was a flat out lie, as approval was received from insurance.
