Salary on time Development team has lot of things to learn

Support job No proper job time calls in any shift any time Saturday Sunday working at last not sure for comp offs Complex issue tracker system .need to update emails,TFS,word files ,send for publish etc. For single issue. No proper coding standard or proper coding format Their shift time also starts from 6am ,means you are not human being but a robot. Need to call issue raiser in short similar to call center
