      Cool concept and product with great ideas

      Cons

      No structure to the company, very disorganized, on-boarding process is minimal at best, multiple superiors with conflicting ideas, poor communication, they assign you job titles that are multiple and unrelated roles/skills

      - Horrible company culture - Upper management does not listen - The employees are severely overworked - The employees would go above and beyond and the company did not appreciate any of the work they put into it - My manager did not help me and was even condescending when there were questions I had - High turnover
