Pros

Great mission, collective effort to innovate and improve workflows together, new ideas are welcomed and appreciated, flexibility for remote work, casual dress code, team lunches where food is often provided. The people are very kind and supportive. They are also extremely talented and hard-working. The MBA team works with a service-mentality - always thinking of how best they can serve customers, the agriculture community and our environment. I am constantly learning new things and continuing to be challenged in new ways each day. My workload is manageable. There is a lot of variety in my projects - making each day different and exciting. The company's mission and the team seeing it through are what makes working here so rewarding.

Cons

A lot of moving parts where consistency and internal communication can be challenging, a fair amount of employee turnover

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Provided some fun company wide events.

Cons

Poor leadership. Seems to be a hire fire company. I had 3 new supervisors in a one year period. Appears to be financially unstable.
