      Salary on time Pizza every first Friday of month

      Cons

      No hierarchy.. Lala company. No EPF Too much workload due to poor leadership. No job security. Seniors are incompetent and enjoy WFH but refused to others. Company culture is very toxic. No access to any cloud resources. No learning environment

      Timely salary payments, other than that nothing good.

      - The testing approach is entirely manual and stuck in outdated methodologies. No growth in skills. - Most employees are more focused on job security than professional growth. - Leadership is a major concern. It lacks technical expertise, and fails to make informed decisions. - Office politics dominate daily operations, with unskilled individuals leading teams after skilled professionals have left.

      Chaotic workplace with incompetent leadership

      None worth mentioning. Previous technical managers were competent and maintained standards.

      Cons

      No coding standards, no hierarchy, and no work ethics. Work-life balance in this company is nothing but a dream. Leadership is technically and managerially illiterate and dragged performance to the lowest level. Projects are filled with hundreds of bugs; fixing one bug creates ten more. CEO unfairly blames developers for failures instead of addressing poor leadership. Managers are unaccountable and ineffective, Work culture has collapsed: developers stretch one day’s work into five. Some employees deliberately create bugs, then fix them later just to show they are “doing work.”
