      -Decent pay -Nice coworkers -Convenient location

      Cons

      The CEO/boss/main manager: -megalomaniac that deems himself a Saint -humiliates and taunts employees -the purest definition of a narcissistic boss -produces terrible stress and inability to work in multiple employees -does not value or congratulate a job well done -controls with fear and gaslighting

      a few great coworkers, good snacks

      -CEO is a narcissistic and ill-mannered individual New employees start off with ZERO days off for the first 365, then increases to 5 for the next few years. -No additional pay for travel for work. Only miles and tolls. -Overwhelming work environment -CEO doesn't know how to use the product he is selling -CEO is argumentative, demeaning, disrespectful, and verbally abusive. -Poor management, who are hired to manage, but do not understand what your work entails, so they are not effective.

      Thanks for your feedback, I agree, that we don't give vacations for someone that just joined, if you are not a dedicated employee that's willing to help physicians and give it your 100%, then Microwize is not the right place for you. I have a huge responsibility to our clients and my staff that averages over 10 years with the company. The wrong people need to go for the right people to join. Don't take it personally but Microwize is not for everyone.
