      Incompetent and Bigoted Staffing Agency

      Pros

      Loose work schedule. Multiple daily breaks. Leave early most Fridays and when it rains.

      Cons

      Racist Leadership encourages you to discriminate against candidates for Names, Age, and Sex. Dishonest business practices. Consistently lie to candidates and clients in order to get better percentages and pay for the company. Very slow and unreliable candidate tracking system. No structure or business plan for growth of company.

      Ok company to begin your career with

      -Anger issues by numerous employees -Very Catty environment (I agree with the first reviewer, the second was likely written by management to show the company in a better light) -Very two-faced employees, you never know on a day-to-day basis which side you will see of many people. -Over 100% turnover (Fault of both the employees and company, but mostly because of the work environment) -Very unprofessional environment (Not conducive to growth)

      I really can't come up with much except that it's a paycheck.

      Cons

      There's no room for growth. It's a hostile work environment. Weak commission structure. There's no training or support whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend it.

Being in business for more than 30 years, we value our employees and the work life balance that we offer through flexible work schedules including the ability to work remote when needed. We are confident that our commission structure is one of the better options as it is uncapped and there is no stopping the amount of money that you can make. The company has always encouraged growth, as there are numerous long term employees who started their career with Micro Tech in hands on roles and are currently in management positions. The opportunities are there for those who want them. The fact that you worked with the company for over 10 years, in itself is a testimonial to the fact that in an industry like ours, that is prone to high turnover, Micro Tech provides a stable, secure environment for all its employees. We welcome everyone within our company and are always open to providing additional training/resources to those who need them.
