      Pros

      Small, friendly environment. People really care about you, you're not just a cog in the wheel. Everyone's opinions count. The CEO says family is first and means it. Good Benefits for a smaller company.

      Staff employees are nice - executive suite is a joke.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership. Poor wages. Other than the CEO, there are NO females promoted to a C-suite role which is odd since the company is ran by a female. Low morale.
