      Labor force reductions all the time. Either super busy or completely dead.

      Average benefits and pay. Health insurance is not that great.

      Cons

      Poorly run business with lots of issues. Many lays-offs which are done to show profit - the business and upper leadership lack strategy. Lots of turnover through lay-offs and folks quitting.
