      You can't say no to more work even if it's not in your job description...

      Sorry, I can't mention any.

      Cons

      You can't just do your job. You'll be constantly asked to help and assist with other tasks not relative to your title, and reprimanded if you say no. You'll be constantly asked to take on more without a pay raise. You can't say you don't have enough time to get things done without being ridiculed by your colleagues and management. Additionally, you'll be reprimanded even if they have no clue what you do.

      Working at MiX ... A Confused Corporate Culture

      Pros

      Working with good people, some of which are truly interested in bettering the financial results and internal work experience.

      Cons

      The Company is South African. It has a conflict of business culture in the US. It has a lack of understanding of US competitive market and unrealistic business practices. As a result, the Company has become non-competitive in many areas. One only has to look at the stock in the past year to know there are serious problems with senior management. In August 2013 the company had an IPO on the NYSE at $20.00 per share. As I write this review the stock is.$6.26 per share.

      Management...what management. They want you to do 10 peoples job for the rate of 1. Management have no clue. Extremely unorganized company. They keep people that don't work or don't know their work and pressure people that work hard. In essence if you are a good hard worker, you are punished at this company. If offered a job, take it for the benefits and keep looking. Stefan is a great guy but he have no idea what is going on in his company and how unhappy people are. He should travel and do an undercover boss sting.
