Pros

Previously a great working environment, with employees consistently staying for 20+ years Challenging work that can keep you interested.

Cons

Terrible communication, even though it is something they say they pride themselves on. Record profits, yet won't allow that to filter down to employees - less than inflation!

Pros

Lots of overtime, won't be going bust. Flexible work hours and from home.

Cons

Little to no job progression with a pittance of a pay rise for 3 consecutive years which have failed to even match half of the inflation rate despite achieving budget for these. More importantly and in contradiction to the companies ethos and values, they are taking advantage of contracts with multiple Taiwanese/Vietnamese based manufacturing businesses where cheap labor and questionable working conditions are discussed openly by MiTek staff who have visited these sites. Also HR is completely out of touch and disconnected from the foot soldiers, purely serving as a corporate tool to ensure the status quo.
