Pros

The workload is cyclical, so you always know when you are going to be busy and you can plan accordingly. The people you work with are extremely knowledgeable about their industry and happy to help you learn as well.

Cons

It's a very dead-line driven job, so it can be stressful at times. Any mistakes you make are very visible to coworkers and clients so it can be difficult to bounce back.

Pros

Work at your own pace, as long as you meet the deadline. Management takes a genuine interest in their employees as people and are not taken for granted. Expectations are clear and outlined in detail. Frequently praised for a job well done. Best effort made to correct or modify if mistakes are made or retraining necessary!!

Cons

Only get to see my lovely FRM twice a quarter!

Great history, solid housing data, and well intentioned management.

Cons

Since purchased by Hanley Wood in Jan 2013, still trying to understand our product. The publishing industry is significantly different than the housing industry but management does not seem to understand? Looking for annual ROI gains sounds good but our product has everything to do with market timing. Top heavy management with way too many VP's.
