Reflects my passion for patient care and client empathy. Emphasizes a positive team. Provides lots of support when needed. Great work life balance. Flexible with hours and shifts.
Cons
Short-staffed at times, which is a common occurrence being there is a national deficit for RVTs. No benefits for seasonal employees, which is common.
Some of the benefits aren't bad. Management has been pretty flexible.
Cons
Really lowball hourly rate. They post $28 based on experience but then say anything over $22 is out of the question in the interview. HR previously blew off a meeting with me to talk about some of the unprofessional mean-girl behavior i was seeing. Not a peep on the day of our meeting.
