They Lie!!

Pros

The best thing I can say about the co.pany is they taught me to read these reviews ahead of time before accepting the next position. Everything in these reviews in regards to how bad this company is are dead on!

Cons

Where to begin...they lie to the owners of the properties, they will tell you how bad the person who's job you are talking was... Don't kid yourself because no matter how good you are they will be saying g the same thing g about you in a few months. The things listed in the benefit package don't exist (at least not for anyone.who is not a corporate officer. The minute my "benefit package" kicked in they made me part time...still expected full time and cancelled my benefits. This is THE WORST of the WORST! READ THESE REVIEWS. There is a reason they are always hiring...the minute they get called out on the lies and how bad they treat people they blame the employees and hire new ones.

Pros

If you are around the corporate office on Christmas, you might get a chocolate bar as a bonus. Letting residents know that they have been double-billed hundreds of dollars in utilities and giving them tools to fight their charges. I think the residents are the ultimate pro because I love what I do and I hope my time had some impact with some nice individuals who severely require leasee therapy due to the poor treatment they have received over the years.

Cons

Joining the revolving team of slumlords who have no concept of industry standards. Being actually lied to about your contractual agreement by the hiring portfolio manager. Watching your manager get laid off right before Christmas, and being replaced by one who is completely inept at working a copier, let alone managing a building. Being nearly assaulted by another employee because they were actually made to do their job (though corporate made him work on a sick day which is protected by SOCR) and then being talked down to by management because I reported the violent behavior. Being told by corporate to lie about how many vacants there were, lie about mold, lie about bedbugs, and not to believe the “lying tenants” and try to maintain a 96% occupancy rate when units have been stale for several months due to problems.

Bad Company

Pros

There is nothing good about working here. This company does not care about anything but profits.

Cons

Bad business practices, absolutely no accountability, and blame everything on the lowest tiered employees instead of looking at management. They don't care about their tenants at all. It's ALL about the money, not about caring for their employees or customers. Rampant nepotism in upper management. Building/property manager turnover is way too high.
