90% of the benefits are great and very competitive. Pay is either on market or greater Work life balance is encouraged No company is perfect, but MetroPower tries to make changes to benefit its employees based on annual feedback

Cons

The healthcare plan could be a lot better Worklife balance is job/project dependent and often isn’t enough for office/management staff
