Pros

City job & decent benefits. The organization is undergoing major restructuring. New CMO (soon to be CEO) is turning things topsy turvey. Firing whole departments and 'non performers' to hire her friends from other plans to do the job.

Cons

Low pay if you aren't friends with the higher ups or if you are not from the same cultural background as the CEO/new CMO.

Bad place for good people

Pros

There are good people working together for a common goal, but new management is trying to put her own stamp on the company by disrupting the good that is accomplished

Cons

New CMO is a nightmare for staff who have worked hard over the years to serve members. Dr Schwarts likes to push staff out so she can hire new staff, mainly her friends she work with in her rocky past. Staff are treated as replaceable cogs in a wheel rather than as human beings with value.

Review for MLTC DEPT

Pros

Nice co-workers and feeling good about helping members who desperately need help.

Cons

Leadership is the worse! Non-professionals. They don't treat staff right, fake and liars. They have unrealistic expectations, turnover rate is the highest I ever seen in all my life!- 15 people in one year! And they have favoritism, they will fire good staff to hire a family or friend. If this doesn't say it all, I don't know what does. Staff becomes physically n emotionally sick due to stress. Save yourself and don't work for the MLTC dept at MetroPlus.
