Like any startup, things can move quickly and sometimes chaotically. There were moments when priorities changed on short notice, or documentation was missing, and I had to figure things out on the fly. That said, I also see this as part of the learning curve in a startup environment.
Also, some internal processes (like onboarding or performance feedback) are still maturing. It’s not a big issue, but if you're coming from a large organization, you might find that structure a bit lacking.
