Cons
Lack of structure or organization Co-owner/creative director provides zero direction Minimal communication between management and employees Lie about company size and company policies Also, policy changes on a day-to-day basis Low pay They provide health insurance for MN residents (they're based in La Crosse) that doesn't even work in the metro area. It only works in Southern Minnesota and Wisconsin. I watched HALF of the creative team leave within just a few months. Insane turnover
