Pros
None whatsoever, and too much disarray in management solutions. The pay was decent though.
Cons
Too much chatter and talking from the two main programmers. I finally had to resort to wearing headphones all day to drown out the chatter of non job related talking and I'm 60% deaf in my left ear and still could not drown out the drones of nonsense from these employees.
