Abusive environment, Pres. and VPs are incompetent, lack education, no experience in gunning a business much less lead a design, development and product delivery company. No understanding of Manufacturing, test, GAP, Quality, Supply Chain. sustaining engineering, regulatory compliance. They run off good middle management when the middle management gains respect of the customers and employees. Daily life is a Drama Ward, decisions are made on emotion not facts or in line with regulatory compliance/ requirement not to mention the total disregard for the long term consequences. Employees are well paid which put them in a situation of taking a significant cut in pay to escape the abuse.
