Cons

Culture and Leadership: At ALM, the workplace culture is tainted by toxicity, characterised by a glaring lack of transparency and communication from the leadership team. Decision-making appears arbitrary, and there is a noticeable absence of support for employees. The leadership exhibits detachment and disinterest in addressing the valid concerns raised by the workforce. Office Environment: ALM's physical work environment is outdated, falling below industry standards for office facilities. There is an evident lack of investment in creating a comfortable and productive workspace. The absence of a seating plan contributes to a hierarchical structure where senior staff often claim seats over juniors who arrive earlier, fostering an unfair dynamic within the office. Workplace Behavior: Unprofessional behavior permeates the workplace environment at ALM, including gossip, inappropriate language, and a general lack of courtesy. This not only fosters a hostile atmosphere but also leads to decreased productivity and collaboration among team members. Failure to Uphold Professional Standards: In spite of the company's code of conduct, ALM demonstrates a consistent failure to uphold professional standards. Senior staff frequently make inappropriate remarks in a purportedly "joking way," undermining the commitment to a professional and respectful work environment outlined in the company's guidelines.
