      A place where great talent is stepped on and held back with confusion.

      Pros

      Great core team with positive working relationships. Good benefits. Motivated core-team that built a once great culture. Success after leaving.

      Cons

      Absent upper management. Confusing company direction. A small company with extremely high levels of secrecy and red-tape. Long product 'development' cycles that never result in anything.

      Pros

      If you prove yourself, you can truly work independently without management on your case constantly. The pay is great, benefits are second to none, and the whole environment of the company is inspiring. Work-life balance couldn't possibly be better.

      Cons

      Communication breaks down sometimes, but it's pretty rare.

      Good culture, creative team, and office location was close to BART and other transportation. Nice perks like a Credit Card for lunches.

      Cons

      Too much reliance on a single, fading product without the product ability to change with the market. Bad leadership.
