An incredible work culture and amazing colleagues, but not competitive salaries

Pros
From day one, I felt welcomed and supported at Metalenz. It truly has a friendly and inclusive environment where teamwork and open communication are always encouraged. Furthermore, my colleagues are intelligent and highly skilled individuals. Working with them has been an enriching experience that encourages everyone to go the extra mile.
Cons
The current salaries for the technical teams are not competitive and do not reflect the recent growth of the company, especially considering the fact that many of us have post-graduate education and possess highly sought-after skills in the tech industry. It is disheartening to observe that while salaries in other areas of the company are comparable to the job market, the same cannot be said for the technical team.

Very cool and promising technology. All the engineers have been wonderful to work with.
Cons
Head of HR and a manager pressured two new mothers to not take all of the maternity leave that they were entitled to. Salaries are also not as competitive as they could be. Some employees struggle with work life balance.
