The pay is great, good starting wage, great benefits, vacation time, Union, the Supervisors were great, easy to get along with,

Repetition is terrible, Excessive overtime, some ten an twelve hour days, as well as working Saturday and Sunday every weekend

Great people but company went downhill with new leadership.

Pros

People I worked with and the culture before the merger. There used to be a strong sense of commitment to organizational success and each other but that has diminished since the merger, going public and leadership changes.

Cons

Only focused on short-term financials, no long-term perspective or strategy. Basic leadership skills are lacking and there is no real focus on employee development, growth and well-being.
