      A great place to get experience, not a great whole career employer

      Pros

      If in a specialized position, you have plenty of freedom in decision making. Generally willing to spend money to improve if not salary.

      Cons

      Only Engineers are respected. Nepotism rampant. Must join ol' boy's club. Mandatory production overtime normal due to poor capacity quoting.
