      Pros

      Second Friday off, alright working hours, lenient dress code

      Cons

      Worst management ever, favouritism and possible racism. Fear based managing strategies. No upward movement. With management I mean the service desk manager who spoonfeeds and puppets everyone, lack of managing experience or general management skills. Dictatorship environment. Worst company to work with. Politics and lies prevail.

      Pros

      Although the company no longer exists, I will say that it was good to work with many technically like-minded people. On the whole Metafore

      Senior Management foresight nonexistent, lack of direction, lack of education for employees, lost focus on core business and went after the big elephants which the company was not qualified nor capable of delivering solutions.

      My worst professional experience ever!

      Pros

      Pros are coming from the customers, not from Metafore. No leadership, no vision, no communication... only greed from the upper management. This company is stuck in the 60's as far as people management... Don't bring your modern ideas, they will be shut down and you'll be let go!

      Cons

      No people management whatsoever. People are told they can freely talk about anything.... that's a lie. People with experience, education and skills are not welcome there... and will never be promoted. Due to this the turn-over is high and the service to clients is at best poor. The middle management is not skilled, not-educated and has no clue about people management. And HR is worse! Salary are sub-par because the company is too greedy... which did not avoid them to be in a bad economical situation. BTW, the company has been for sale for more than 6 months and still does not attract a lot of buyers...
