Pros

Great workplace culture with management that seems to truly cares about their employees. Flexible schedule and WFH available. Company still small enough to not have office politics.

Cons

Bit of an outdated tech stack. Testing stringency can be annoying.

Pros

Been here for less than a year, came from much larger and more mature software shops. The pace here is exactly what I needed - kind of like the goldilocks story.. The big shops move way too slow and change direction every couple of years - producing a lot of waste.. The small startups move a bit too fast and the quality and depth of functionality suffers. MessageGearsn seems, so far, to be just right.. They're not new to the game it shows in the maturity of processes, the team and the depth of the product and services. - good team, good people who care - product is differentiated in the market - our customers seem to really, really like our product and what is does for their marketing goals - still looking, but haven't uncovered anything super scary yet - leadership shows clear signs that they actually listen to employees - as there have already been some sizable changes in response to feedback

Cons

- There have been some re-orgs/cuts outside of my group, but I think its a sign that they're learning/adapting to the market more than anything else. - I once worked at a place that had half-day Fridays., which are simply magical.. Once you are exposed to that perk, any future employers without it will absolutely get a tick in the "con" column from me :)
