      Great company with big potential

      Pros

      Merus is a great place to work with very nice people. The Company has tremendous platform technology which is being leveraged in several pre-clinical and clinical applications.

      Cons

      Merus is still maturing as it relatively recently transitioned from a privately held organization to a rapidly growing publicly traded company.

      Pros

      -Merus is growing, so plenty of opportunities to grow or even switch job-type within the company. -New people seem to be guided well by their corresponding team-leaders to get everyone up to speed. -Within your focus group, there is still quite a bit of freedom to explore new scientific avenues -Merus has many active projects at the same time even within the different focus groups, so being organized and feeling comfortable with multitasking is a must

      - Several of the positive points can be seen as negatives.

      - growing company - top-notch research - friendly co-workers - open mentality

      Cons

      - partly difficult to interact with colleagues due to fast growing dpts and lack of a dedicated space - changes in structural organization due to fast growth (this might be seen as an opportunity for certain job positions though)
