Their main project is a mess. No direction, just trying to keep a very dated code base afloat with a gigantic support team that keeps patching something that's coded in 2002 standards And more worrying is that the people in charge don't seem to know or if they do know, they don't care.

The biggest con is that they are leaning on offshore talent a ton! When I left, they were starting to offshore so much that it was turning into a production heavy as opposed to strategy heavy agency. It is no longer the amazing company that David Williams, Craig Dempster and others had build.

Sometimes the world is out of your control, and that is true for all organizations. Not sure if the processes around RIFs are the best. I think some more transparency would be helpful. This is potentially true for probably most organizations. I have never encountered a great process when these situations occur.

Poor management and a lot of redundaies

Constant layoffs, changes in corporate direction, restructuring and executive turnover. Bring run from Japanese parent company is not a good cultural fit.
