      Pros

      I liked my job, but had very little support from management

      Cons

      I worked at a small account, three of the upper management were rude, belittled other employees and others at the management level. I retired from this job and I have to say I am dang good at what I do but I have never, ever been treated with such disrespect as I was treated by the people of this company.
