Pros
No training, upper leadership doesn't care about the on-site teams there are new people in those roles all the time so why would they care, there is no support, no support, high turnover, the company probably won't last much longer because the properties are all cash poor, "benefits" are pretty non-existent, employees are expected to accomplish crazy amounts of work, ZERO work-life balance (especially for the poor managers), zero recognition or acknowledgement of work, redundant meetings, constantly bringing on new software that just creates more work, shuffling people around to different sites especially maintenance, zero consistently, zero rules, zero guidelines, toxic work environment, they fire people without even educating them on errors or giving any warning that there is any sort of concern about their performance.
Cons
...flexible (sometimes) with where you work from, lady in HR actually seems to have a heart (not that she is there to help the employees), pay is okay (but not really since you'll work like 16 hours a day.
