      I have really enjoyed my time at Meritize thus far! - Everyone is very friendly and willing to help you out or answer questions. - Interdepartmental teams enable work to get done quickly and efficiently. - Ideas are heard no matter leadership status or tenure. - Transparency and regular updates on company standing really helps to understand the work that needs to be done. - Great benefits packages!

      Meritize could do more to foster relationships and promote company culture for remote work.

      Pros

      Great work life balance. With communication both work and life needs can be met. Meritize cares for each individual. Work is dynamic and ever changing-- fun. HR Team always provides great support and actively listens.

      Cons

      Any company can have cons. The difference with Meritize, is that they are conscious about their employees and make continuous changes and advancements to create a great inclusive environment for everyone to thrive.
