      Honestly, the job can be challenging. You really do grow both professionally and personally.

      - Has the best team culture I have ever seen - Has helped me personally turn some of my weaknesses like communication skills, student mentality, and work ethic into my strengths - Overall, just made me a better person as a whole

      Don’t really have any cons that I haven’t been able to work out with management in anyway
