Bought out by large conglomerate who doesn't treat their employees as well as Meridian Environmental did when they ran the operation.Transitioned from a company wide holiday party to little smokies in the break room with no bonus while switching to a new pay schedule that left you a weeks pay short for the holiday season. Immediately after the acquisition some housekeeping was performed and the company was downsized, friends and coworkers were let go. From previous company meetings it was mentioned by the CEO Abbas Mohaddes, that the company was acquired for it's intellectual property and I think this reveals his true plans for the company. In business this almost always means we'll learn how to integrate your offerings in to ours, look for an API we can consume, and then move development of the product in house or offshore and do some more housekeeping.
