      Coworkers are nice and helpful

      Cons

      Get hired for 40 hours and then after 2nd day Mandated to work 68 hour weeks. Employees are overworked and treated like robots. They don't care about your wellbeing or work life balance. So many people hired through Agency and some through company but nobody really stays. Turn over rate of employee's about 90% leave within 1st week.

      Worst company I’ve ever worked at. Leadership is truly incompetent from the CHRCO to the CEO. The leadership is nonexistent and employees are not hired for their knowledge or skills but rather to just do what they’ve been told. I will be shocked if MeriCal will be around in the next 5 years. Employees tend the quit within the first week of onboarding.
