Pros

3 hour early close each week, great benefits, work that actually makes a difference

Cons

Some managers are great, others are micromanagers. Bullying is allowed amongst staff. If you raise a concern about that, you are told to "just get along"

Pros

The pto was great and bonuses from time to time.getting off early on fridays

Cons

The maintenance guys get treated horribly and you'd be lucky to see the property managers available at any given time. No appreciation, and lots of drama that was very draining. Hard to get anything done when you're always dealing with drama. The workload is stressful and an opportunity for someone young who wants to learn.
