Mercuries Life Insurance IT department is a good place for some junior developers. They supply a lot of resources to train new developers and give them time to adjust themself without pressure. There is no heavy load for employees, so they can learn and develop what they really want.
Cons
Because it supplies the resources, the salary is comparable to or lower than that of other companies.
