Pros
Started my career in London at Merchenta. Having very little experience in programmatic Merchenta was an excellent building block for my career. I constantly learned new things and the fact that the company was a startup when I started meant that no 2 days was the same. I owe Merchenta to starting my career in programmatic.
Cons
-Startup environment when I worked, so to a certain degree you a dumped in the deepend. However, opportunity to buy shares in the company was given. If company progresses rapidly could be opportunity of a lifetime.

Pros
Many new technologies to work with, like Couchbase and Hadoop in big clusters. People on team helpful and always open to ideas for improvements. Managers take time to include everyone in team in discussions so we own our product. Everyday learning something new.
Cons
There is nothing - this is a great experience for me and I really like the people and the tasks. I have learnt so much and feel valued by management and my team.
