Pros
The PEOPLE here are amazing. Not much the management team, but the actual people who make this company money. You will get parking perks as in it's free to you. You will get free fruit on Fridays. Coffee and Tea is unlimited, for those long unpaid hours they will expect you to work.
Cons
The issue with Merchant Link, is that they conduct much of there business in a bubble. Everything must be done there way, but yet they want the company to move ahead in the industry. They want their IT services and product to be the best of the best, but they all refuse to incorporate any of the feedback given to them. You have senior managers, who react to an issue right then and there, rather than looking at the long term impact. Those managers, have tunnel vision. Because of their tunnel vision, any new employee who enters this place, won't stay beyond the 90 days. You will feel as if you are wasting your own talents with a company who could careless. You have a company that uses very old tools to function in 2019, and refuse to entertain anything outside of that. You can't expect great things, if you're not wiling to put in the work to make change happen. They will micromanage you. They will take away what little quality of work-life balance you had. They will only tell you when you have messed up, but never when you have done good. This place was on the road of change, but the good people never stay.
