      Pros

      Awesome atmosphere in the office and very good team mates. The Paris Office is surrounded by restaurants and shop, which is great for lunch time. Multicultural employees in 2 offices (Paris & New York) that provide you the opportunity to practice english all day long. Free fruits and snacks, monthly drinks etc..

      No air conditioning in the Paris office

      Pros

      - everybody cares and works hard with a good atmosphere - company is growing fast and business is looking good - very young and international team, cool colleagues - monthly drinks, company social events, startup, relaxed work environment

      Cons

      - no clear career path or growth - a lot of decisions are made top-down rather than in consensus or agreement - demanding workload with tight schedules - high turnover for unknown reasons - no RTTs
