      Pros

      The company is doing groundbreaking work in the field of sex education. They encourage you leave on time and offer menstrual leave.

      Cons

      Horrible management. Will demand respect, but won't give you the same. Disingenuous and hypocritical. When I told them I wanted to resign, they made my life a living hell. There are limited options for growth and salary hikes.

      The whole team’s work is dependent on one or two individuals. This affects the work flow and delays work.
