Pros
Great opportunities to work on a lot of cool projects and cool technologies. The company is always growing creating a heavy workload but also creates career growth opportunities. They also promote from within. IPS is nice and some developers got really large checks.
Cons
There is a lot going on. I would like to see more vacation as it is the least competitive perk they offer.
