Pros

Pre 2020 - Culture of caring, mutual respect, entrepreneurial Amazing technology Risk-taking, willingness to explore new ideas Engaged leadership team, especially CEO Post 2020 - Some really great people trying like heck to survive

Cons

Unfortunately with the death of the former CEO in 2020, new leadership was brought in and it was constant chaos from that point forward. Quarterly changes in management, structure, roles, and objectives were a constant disruption. Employee communication was poor, and morale quickly suffered. - Lack of vision - Elimination of most marketing staff and activities - "Survival mode" feeling - Culture decimated - Lack of respect for employees - Lack of engagement - CEO who leads by fear, intimidation, and belittlement

Pros

Great people and amazing inkjet knowledge

Cons

Memjet used to be a great company. Amazing engineering and technical knowledge at every level. Since Sunil Gupta took over about 3 years ago, the company has been going down. Massive layoff, no long-term vision, promises that are not kept... Obvious signs the company will be run to the ground. I would NOT recommend to anyone to join Memjet.

Pros

colleagues and tech are both great !

Cons

the 2 guys at the top are managing to kill what was once an amazing company. CEO, CFO are slashing and burning the company into the ground. CEO is the nastiest person I have ever encountered in a professional capacity - intensive bullying of employees, shouting, screaming, name calling like a petulant child... suing suppliers, threatening customers - all aided by spreadsheet-man CFO Zero biz dev, zero product roadmap, zero future. Employees staying on in order to collect redundancy. A real shame...
