      Fellow employees are awesome. I made some long term friends from working here.

      Cons

      Had me in a salaried position. I shouldn’t have been as salaried positions are for managers. Worked too many hours with no overtime pay.

      Great work/life balance, positive culture, and opportunity to grow within the company. The CEO, current management, and IT team are excellent!

      Cons

      Annual salary increases should be considered, if not for performance, at the very least for cost of living increases/inflation. Open office concept unless this has changed.
