      Pros

      Working with Melt Shop is a lot of fun and has a lot of perks above and beyond beyond Nutella Milkshakes! My manager is friendly, and I can tell that the company cares about their employees. I highly recommend Melt Shop as a great place to work.

      Cons

      It gets really busy which can be stressful, but our team does a great job of supporting each other and making things happen.
